Home Buying Tip #1

Contact a lender to get pre-qualified.  The pre-qualification form your lender will provide will accompany your offer.  So, it is best to have this before you start looking at homes.  After you have your pre-qualification done, I can arrange for a private showing for any home you are interested in seeing.

My second home buying tip is to contact me so I can create you a personalized email subscription that is based on location, price and features you are looking for.  When a home that matches your criteria is listed, you will receive an email notification with photos and details the same day.  Since I was raised in Gilbert, I know the Phoenix metro area very well, especially the East Valley region.  Not only can I help you find a home, but I can answer any questions you may have about the area.

Don’t preview homes without me.  You may risk losing representation, especially with new home builders.  This means the builder’s or listing agent, who has the seller’s best interests in mind, would be advising you.  When I am present, I have a fiduciary responsibility to protect and promote your interests.
